Our History

The Ana Figueras Foundation was established to memorialize the life and philanthropy of Ana Figueras.  As a trailblazer in her own right, Ana never missed an opportunity to lift up someone striving to achieve better for themselves.  She was known for feeding, providing shelter, and advocating for people in need.  She would help raise funds and offer her own monetary resources, including her home for individuals who were establishing themselves individually and professionally.  

Ana always said that her success was largely due to someone providing assistance at some point along her life’s journey.  Our goal is to continue these efforts helping individuals as Ana did.  At different points in her life, Ana was orphaned, she was a single parent, she became disabled, and as an elderly woman she became ill with Covid before her passing.  Subsequently, The Ana Figueras Foundation provides charitable assistance opportunities for individuals in any of these capacities; 

• Orphan’s of one or both parents
• Single working parents
• The disabled 
• The elderly and //or extremely ill
